Position Overview
- Ensure a high level of market penetration through flawless execution of fully integrated marketing plans.
- Consistently maintain brand guideline alignment among manufacturers, leadership team, marketing and sales operation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement brand marketing plans with SMART objectives across various channels and segments.
- Coordinate marketing, advertising and promotional activities for assigned brands with the objective of ensuring maximum return on investment
- Plan and execute events. Negotiate with relevant service providers in consultation with the Group Marketing Manager.
- Perform analysis of market potential and utilization
- Assist with the production of ongoing competitor analysis and reporting, with reference to pricing, presentation and promotion
- Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand
- Analyze and evaluate industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Make recommendations for new marketing/advertising/promotional activities based on the data collected from market research and analysis
- Evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data such as surveys, opinion polls or questionnaires.
- Monitor marketing plan spend against budget, keeping accurate records and highlight and justify where variances occur
- Ongoing monitoring of marketing and advertising campaigns to ensure targets are met.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly departmental reports as assigned by Group Marketing Manager.
- Prepare post-evaluation reports to include Marketing spend at the end of each campaign, promotion, event activation.
- Support creative development team with artwork creation as needed. Conceptualization and ideation of content that captures the attention of our target customers
- Assist with copy writing for all marketing materials, including brochures, letters, emails, social media and website content.
- Work in conjunction with sales teams to develop relevant sales material as needed.
- Liaise with media and advertising partners for advertising opportunities.
- Respond to sponsorship/donation requests as directed by Group Marketing Manager
- Any other assigned tasks.
